Directions

Owner: John DiRosa

John has been a technician (for longer than I’m allowed to say) and a business owner for over 33 years! He is a member of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the Lions Club offering up his personal time to fund raise and help others. You will find him in and out of the shop on a daily basis, a pleasure to talk to and he is always willing to help!

Service Manager: Ryan Elm

Ryan is an Aircraft Mechanic that fell in love with the automotive industry a few years ago. He is also John’s son in-law. With a maintenance and customer service background he is well suited to lead the staff on a daily basis in servicing and repairing your vehicle. You will find Ryan at the shop every day always ready to help.

Service Advisor: Iain McCann

Iain is a fourth year automotive apprentice that has found his calling in customer service (warm office) rather than under a vehicle. Iain is a very active soccer player and coach and is and expert in giving directions having grown up in North Vancouver! You will find Iain at the shop every day always ready to help!

Lead Licensed Technician: Tony Bernardo

Tony has been an automotive technician for over twenty years with experience on a variety of vehicle types. Tony has seen almost everything you can imagine for automotive troubles and is a great at keeping the flow of the shop on the go.

Apprentice: Charles Cole

Having finished three terms of training at B.C.I.T.  Charlie has joined the DeRosa Team to gain experience with us and provide great customer service. Charlie is putting his new found knowledge to good use and is acquiring great technique form the experienced techs in the shop.

Licensed Technician: Kieran Durnin

All the way from Irland Kieran has come to experience Canada and we are able to benifit from his 10 years plus experience as a Technician.  Kieran is earger to see how things may be a little different on the North American versions of our cars and we are always learning some tid bit of information from the Emerald Isle.
