DeRosa Automotive Service Ltd. Warranty / Return Policy
At DeRosa Automotive we perform quality work using name brand parts. All work, parts and labor are guaranteed for a minimum of one year or 20,000km which ever comes first. This does not include; requested used parts, wear items or abuse. Our services comply with new car maintenance standards and keep the manufacturers warranty valid. We will always do our best to resolve any situation to our customers satisfaction. Any product purchased through us can be returned with no time restrictions if unused and in the original packaging with the receipt (unless otherwise stated).

BG Protection Plan
We are a certified maintenance facility of the BG Line of Products offering the Lifetime Protection Plan when initial services are completed before either 60,000km for Plan 1 or 120,000km for Plan 2. Coverages range from $4,000 USD to $1000 USD with no questions asked. Simply provide the service records showing the date, mileage and BG Product Part Number for the service carried out.

Global Warranty
