At DeRosa Automotive we perform quality work using name brand parts. In General, Parts and Labor are covered for 2 Years or 40,000km (which ever comes first) however, some items can be Lifetime Warranty and some can be less for example; Wear items, Fluids, some Electronics, Abuse or requested Used Parts would be less. Our services comply with new car maintenance standards and keep the manufacturers warranty valid. We will always do our best to resolve any situation to our customers satisfaction. Any product purchased through us can be returned with no time restrictions if unused and in the original packaging with the receipt (unless otherwise stated).
GAP Lifetime Protection Plan
We are a certified maintenance facility of the GAP Line of Products offering a Lifetime Protection Plan for each vehicle system as they are serviced before 200,000Km. Coverages range from $5,000 – $2,500 – $500 CND. Simply provide the service records showing the date, mileage and GAP Product Part Number for the service(s) carried out. *Some Engine exclusions with Recalls and Pre-Existing Design Flaws exists.
